Refunds are permitted only in cases where the product is not delivered, inaccessible, or corrupted.

Requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase with supporting evidence.

Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, refunds are not applicable.

Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery, with valid proof (photos/videos).

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order if it has not been processed or shipped.
